Bone Extraction Protocol to be Used With the DNA IQ™ System

Abstract

This protocol was developed in collaboration with Promega to preprocess pulverized bone samples prior to DNA purification using the DNA IQ™ System. The resulting purified DNA can be used as a template in amplifications of both genomic and mitochondrial sequences.
