Abstract

Our new, extremely sensitive, homogeneous luminescent caspase-2 and -6 apoptosis assays provide unique tools for defining the function of these elusive caspases. An understanding of cross-reactivity between caspases, their substrates, and the various peptide inhibitors is critical for interpreting results from apoptosis studies. Here we provide details on using the Caspase-Glo® 2 Assay  in cells.
