Abstract
The FastBreak™ Cell Lysis Reagent, 10X and MagneHis™ Protein
Purification System can be used to purify His-tagged proteins from insect and
mammalian cell lysates and culture media in the presence or absence of serum.
This article describes methods for using these reagents with insect and
mammalian cells.
