Abstract

In this article, we present data that compares RNasin® Ribonuclease Inhibitor to SUPERaseIn™, as RNase inhibitor recently introduced by Ambion. The two RNase inhibitors are compared for their ability to protect RNA from degradation under a variety of different reaction conditions. In addition, we tested both inhibitors for their ability to protect RNA during in vitro translation and transcription.
