Abstract

Promega's new ImProm-II™ Reverse Transcription System, in conjunction with components from the Universal RiboClone® cDNA Synthesis System, can be used to generate high-titer, full-length cDNA libraries that are comparable to those generated using other cDNA synthesis systems.
