EGFR (L861Q) Kinase Enzyme System

Literature # 9PIV4102

This luminescent kinase assay measures ADP, which is converted to ATP and then to light by Ultra-Glo™ Luciferase. The luminescent signal positively correlates with kinase activity. The ADP-Glo™ Kinase Assay can be used to monitor the activity of this kinase enzyme system using up to 1mM ATP. The ADP-Glo™ Max Assay (Cat.# V7001) can be used to monitor kinase enzyme activity when higher concentrations (up to 5mM) are required.
The Complete Protocol, below, contains general kinase enzyme assay information, the Related Protocol (right) links the ADP-Glo™ Kinase Assay protocol and Related Resources (right)contain links for lot-specific information for this kinase enzyme.
