To facilitate analysis of data generated with PowerPlex® Systems, we have created panels, bins and stutter text files for use with GeneMapper® ID-X software and panels and bins text files for use with GeneMapper® ID software. We recommend that users receive training from Applied Biosystems to familiarize themselves with proper operation of the software. For instructions on importing the files, please review the Data Analysis section of the appropriate PowerPlex® System Technical Manual.
