Typical in-line measures of DNA eluate quantity/quality including absorbance, fluorescent dye binding, and inhibition assays may fail to predict downstream amplification success. Promega recently developed a new FFPE DNA purification kit, which optimizes the recovery of amplifiable DNA, in using the IVD-labeled Maxwell(R) CSC instrument.
